Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 1645

This 49 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her abdomen after having lost 100 pounds over the past few years. She is 5’3” tall, weighs 126 pounds and says her weight is stable. The patient has had 3 children. At the time of her consultation, we discussed an abdominoplasty alone or in conjunction with a body lift. She declined the body lift at this time. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty, otherwise known as a Parker Tummy Tuck. The patient was delighted with her quick recovery from surgery and results.
