Tummy Tuck Before & After Case 1658

This 41 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her abdomen and hips. Her weight was 170 pounds at its maximum during pregnancy, 136 now and stable. The patient is 5’4” tall. She would like her abdomen flatter, excess skin above her inguinal crease on both sides gone, and hips more contoured. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed his version of a lipoabdominoplasty called a Parker Tummy Tuck, along with liposuction of the patient’s hips (he removed 500 cc from each hip). The patient recovered quickly and is very pleased with the appearance of her abdomen and hips.
