Upper Arm Rejuvenation Before & After Case 1649

This 32 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her arms after she lost weight from 210 to 120 pounds and gradually back up to 138 which she maintains; the patient is 5’5” tall. She had a gastric sleeve, then GLP-1's to achieve this. She is most bothered by the fullness of her arms and asks to improve that. She is adamant in not wanting a traditional arm lift scar. She had researched Bodytite and short scar brachioplasty and wants those performed. Dr. Parker explained this is a compromise procedure which will not be as effective as a traditional arm lift. The patient indicated she understood and wished to proceed. Under local anesthesia, Dr. Parker performed liposuction of the patient’s upper arms removing 120 cc of fat from each arm, Bodytite radiofrequency skin tightening as well as a short scar arm lift. The patient said the recovery was easy and she is pleased with the improvement she has obtained with the procedure.
