Breast Asymmetry Before & After Case 1635

This 37 year old requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts after breast feeding 3 children. She said her breasts were small to begin with and deflated after the children were born. The patient asked for more fullness, particularly in her upper pole as well as more cleavage. She had read about Motiva implants and requested them. The patient said said her weight has always been stable; she is 5’7” tall and weighs 130 pounds. During her consultation with Dr. Parker, he pointed out her pre existing asymmetry whereby her left breast sat lower on the chest wall and her left nipple was lower than the right. He recommended a left peri areolar mastopexy to lift both the left breast and left nipple. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted 425 cc Motiva Ergo Demi silicone implants into a dual plane location. He then performed the left peri areolar mastopexy. The patient was delighted with the ease of her postop recovery. She loves the natural look and soft feel of her breasts as well as her markedly improved symmetry.
