Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1679

This 19 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested a breast augmentation for breasts which have always been smaller than desired. She says her weight is stable. During her Sizing Session, the patient selected 350 cc saline implants but on the day of surgery asked Dr. Parker to go slightly larger. He again pointed out her pre-existing asymmetry and said he would try to adjust for this at the time of surgery. At surgery, Dr Parker used inframammary incisions to create a dual plane pocket in both breasts. He then inserted a 350 cc saline implant in the larger right breast and 375 cc implant in the smaller left. He had the anesthesiologist raise the back of the OR table up so the patient was in a sitting position to assess the symmetry of the breasts which looked great.The patient recovered quickly after surgery and is very happy with the appearance of her breasts.
