Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1226

This 56 year old patient had saline breast implants inserted by Dr. Parker 15 years ago. She loved the way they looked and felt but sustained a deflation of her right implant following a mammogram a few weeks earlier. She asked Dr. Parker to exchange her current saline implants with the same-size silicone implants. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed both saline implants from their pockets using the well healed inframammary scars. He re expanded the right pocket and inserted 300 cc silicone implants in both sides. The patient said her recovery was very easy. She is once again very happy with the look and feel of her breast
