Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 581

This 52 year old requested removal and replacement of her existing silicone breast implants, originally inserted by another plastic surgeon 20 years ago. She reported that her right breast had gradually become firmer and uncomfortable over time. Dr. Parker performed bilateral total capsulectomies and removed the patient’s existing 210cc silicone implants. He then created bilateral neo-subpectoral pockets and inserted new silicone implants, a 250cc in the right breast pocket and 275cc in the left to optimize symmetry. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery with very little pain. Her breasts are now very soft and she is delighted with both the size and shape of her breasts.
