Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 588

This 36 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested him to correct the capsular contracture which had developed in her left breast. Using the patient’s existing inframammary incision, Dr. Parker removed the existing 350 cc silicone implant, performed a total capsulectomy to remove the hardened breast capsule, created a neo-subpectoral pocket and inserted a new 350 cc implant into the pocket. The patient experienced little pain after surgery. She is very happy with the symmetry she now has in her soft breasts.
