Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 596

This 51 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, had undergone dual plane saline breast augmentation elsewhere 10 years ago. She said her implants have become more palpable in recent years and requested Dr. Parker to replace them with silicone implants. During the patient's Sizing Session, she requested Dr. Parker to replace her existing 370 cc saline implants with 450 cc silicone implants. Using the patient’s prior inframammary incisions at surgery, Dr. Parker removed the patient’s existing 370 cc saline implants, appropriately expanded the dual plane pockets and replaced them with 450 cc silicone implants. The patient said the recovery was painless and easy. She is very happy with the look and natural, soft feel of her somewhat larger breasts.
