Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 603

This 32 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She had 525 cc sub-glandular saline implants inserted 12 years ago by another plastic surgeon. Over time, her breasts have sagged. The patient is 5’5″ and weighs 130 pounds. During her consultation with Dr. Parker, options were discussed. The following plan was agreed upon and performed by Dr. Parker several weeks later. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed her saline implants from the sub-glandular pockets and closed them with sutures. He then created dual plane pockets and inserted the 525 cc silicone implants into them. Finally, he performed a vertical mastopexy or “lollipop” lift on both breasts. The patient’s recovery went smoothly and quickly. She loves the look and soft, natural feel of her rejuvenated breasts. The patient is also very pleased with Dr. Parker's attention to detail in closing her incisions and how well her scars have healed.
