Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 604

This 46 year old existing patient of Dr. Parker's had 300 cc saline implants inserted by him11 years ago in dual plane pockets. Recently, she noted a spontaneous deflation of her right breast implant. The patient asked Dr Parker to exchange her existing saline implants for somewhat smaller silicone implants using her healed peri areolar scars. The patient is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. Prior to surgery, at a  a Sizing Session, Dr. Parker deflated the left saline implant under local anesthesia, removing 300 cc of saline. The patient then determined she wanted 275 cc silicone implants in both breasts. Several weeks later at surgery using the patient's healed peri areolar scars, Dr. Parker removed the deflated 300 cc saline implants and inserted 275 cc silicone implants into the dual plane pockets. The patient’s recovery was quick and easy. She loves the look and feel of her new implants.

The three-part photo shows the following: 1) before breast implants, 2) after breast augmentation with the deflated right implant, and 3) the patient following the most recent surgery whereby Dr. Parker inserted the silicone implants.
