Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 1636

This 53 year old, referred by another patient to Dr. Parker, is s/p bariatric surgery 20 years ago with weight loss from 290 to 165-75 pounds which she says is stable; she is 5’7” tall. She requested removal of loose skin from her breasts and asked to make them fuller with more cleavage. During her consultation with Dr. Parker, they discussed options for treatment and agreed upon a breast augmentation along with a vertical mastopexy, also known as a “lollipop lift”. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted 400 cc silicone implants into a dual plane location, then performed the “lollipop lift”, carefully closing the incisions with multiple layers of absorbable sutures. The patient was very happy with her quick recovery as well as her wonderful aesthetic improvement. She loves the natural look and very soft feel of her markedly rejuvenated breasts.
