Facelift Before & After Case 1630

This 74 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her face and neck. She lost 75 pounds on Wegovy but says her weight has been stable for the past 2 years. She said it was very important for her to look natural—she wanted the sagging soft tissues in her face and her neck lifted and tightened, but she did not want to look over-operated upon. Dr. Parker discussed treatment options with the patient during her consultation. They agreed upon a surgical plan which he subsequently carried out. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a SMAS biplaner facelift along with a medial and lateral platysmaplasty necklift. The patient was very pleased with the relative ease of her recovery and her natural-looking results.
