Neck Contouring Before & After Case 1625

This 24 year old requested a chin augmentation to build out her recessive chin. She says she had some filler injected at a med spa several months ago which gave her minimal improvement. Dr. Parker discussed options with her including chin augmentation and she decided to proceed. At surgery, under local anesthesia only, Dr. Parker inserted a #2 silicone extended anatomic chin implant through a short incision in the crease just beneath the chin. Since the patient was awake for the procedure, she was able to select  this particular size implant. The patient was pleasantly surprised with the relative ease of the procedure as well as her recovery. She loves the improved appearance of her chin and how natural it looks and feels. The patient said the entire experience at the Parker Center and Surgiplex was great!
