Neck Contouring Before & After Case 210

This 58 year old patient requested Dr. Parker to improve the crepiness of her neck skin and prominent platysma muscle bands. At surgery, Dr. Parker used a small incision in the crease below the chin to tighten the medial platysma muscle as well as release the lower portion of these muscles to get rid of the platysma bands. He then used well concealed incisions hidden in the creases behind the patient's ears to tighten the lateral platysma muscles as well as excise the patient's loose neck skin though these same incisions. The patient was very pleased with her recovery and the natural, yet more youthful appearance of her neck.
