Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 1647

This 35 year old, referred by another patient, requests improvement in the appearance of her nose which has bothered her as long as she can remember. She is bothered by its crooked appearance, profile, bulbous tip and thinks it is too large for her face. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty during which he reduced the patient's bony cartilaginous hump, performed infractures, straightened her crooked nose, refined her nasal tip and reduced the size of her nose as requested.
