Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1639

This 28 year old requests a breast augmentation to the improve size, shape and symmetry of her breasts. She had gained weight to 180 pounds, then down to 90 and back up to 160 pounds which she says is stable; the patient is 5’2” tall. During the patient’s consultation, she and Dr. Parker discussed her pre existing asymmetry. He said he would use sizer implants in the operating room in order to optimize her symmetry. During the patient’s sizing session, she selected a 400 cc implant for her smaller left breast. At surgery, using inframammary access incisions, Dr. Parker inserted a 400 cc silicone implant into the patient’s left breast, then a 350 cc implant into the right. The patient said her postop recovery was easy and she is very happy with the markedly improved appearance of soft feel of her breasts.
