Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 1678

This 26 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by other family members, requested a breast augmentation to increase the fullness of her breasts as well as improve her cleavage as much as possible. She says I have performed breast augmentation on several family members previously. The patient says her weight is stable and she works out regularly. She is 5’3” tall and weighs 113 pounds. During her Sizing Session, the patient selected 325 cc silicone implants for her breasts. At surgery, Dr Parker used inframammary incisions to create a dual plane pocket in both breasts. He then inserted the 325 cc implants in both breasts using a Keller funnel, as planned. The patient said her recovery was quick and easy. She is very happy with the appearance of her fuller breasts with much-improved cleavage and feels a significantly enhanced sense of self-esteem.
