Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 1394

This 43 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the infero-lateral malposition on her left breast after breast augmentation.  At surgery, Dr. Parker temporarily removed her 300 cc silicone implant. He reduced the size of and strengthened the implant pocket with a thermal capsulorraphy, suture capsulorraphy, then inserted an absorbable Galalfex scaffold as additional support and re inserted the same 300 cc silicone implant. The patient said her recovery was quick and easy. She is delighted with the markedly improved symmetry of her very soft and natural-appearing breasts
