Breast Reduction Before & After Case 1642

This 55 year old, referred by another patient, requested a breast reduction and lift for large droopy breasts. She said she was a D cup in 8th grade, her breasts enlarged and sagged after pregnancy 14 yrs ago. She said her weight went from 135 to 170 (max at pregnancy), then now 155-160. The patient is 5’8” tall. She is having difficulty working out due to size of breasts. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a breast reduction and vertical mastopexy (also called a “lollipop lift”) to lift her breasts. Due to her pre existing asymmetry, he excised 321 grams of breast tissue from the larger left breast and 142 grams from the right. The patient was pleased with the ease of her recovery and loves her results. She wore a bikini in the Greek isles for the first time in a long time recently and loved it. She said she has no more back pain as well.
