Breast Reduction Before & After Case 1677

This 25 year old patient, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested improvement in the appearance of her large, asymmetric breasts. She said they enlarged considerably during college but have stabilized since. She is a DD now and would like to be C cup. The patient lost 25 pounds recently but this had a minimal impact on the size of her breasts. She is 5’7” tall and weighs 157 pounds. During her consultation with Dr. Parker, he explained he would reduce her breasts, then perform a “lollipop lift”, otherwise known as a vertical mastopexy. He would also try to improve upon the significant asymmetry of her breasts. Subsequently, Dr. Parker performed this surgery, removing 783 grams of breast tissue from the right breast and 434 grams from the left. The patient recovered quickly afterwards and is very happy with the markedly improved appearance of her breasts.
