Neck Contouring Before & After Case 1659

This 61 year old requested improvement in his neck which has bothered him for years. He has recently lose ~ 40 pounds which has exacerbated the loose skin he has. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed a deep plane neck lift: he removed subplatysmal fat and performed a medial platysmaplasty through a submental incision, then a lateral platysmaplasty and excised the excess skin using a post auricular incision on both sides. The patient was very happy with the ease of his recovery and loves his much improved appearance.
